Some of the more common questions we get asked are answered below.

"I require advice and a quote for a system. How much will it cost?"
It wouldn't cost you anything. We offer obligation free quotes and advice completely free of charge.
"What if I don't know the make of system I have and have no instructions?"
Not a problem. We have experience with lots of different systems and we would offer a free survey to see if we can help.
"We haven't got round to sorting out our system yet and now it's urgent, will we have to wait long?"
We understand that life can be hectic and do our best to accommodate everyone. We will usually try make a visit as soon as possible even if it means coming out of hours.
"I only require a small system or a single device can you still help?"
We certainly can. We don't pick and choose customers based on the size or amount of work required. We will offer our services to anyone in need.
"I have a system but I'm not sure if it offers enough protection?"
Not to worry - we can give free advice whether your system has enough coverage and meets all the relevant standards. If not we can offer competitive prices to put it right.
"We work days and can't get time off or access is restricted to our property during the day, can you work out of hours?"
We always aim to work with our customers to provide solutions that best fit thier requirements, even if that means working weekends or out of hours.
